Boost Your Home Dental Care: How to brush your teeth and the best flossing technique

Here are some super simple (but not always easy) tips to follow to boost your oral health right now!

1. Get an electric toothbrush!
Preferably an Oral-B electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor and a 2-minute timer. These toothbrushes actually have evidence that they remove plaque more effectively than manual toothbrushes!

2. Start Flossing
Easier said than done… But if you learn the best tooth flossing technique then that’s half the battle won!

3. Limit snacking
With more and more people working from home, the risks of developing tooth decay gets higher and higher as the kitchen cupboard and fridge call to you to open them and peek inside…

4. Drink water
I can’t live without my water bottle! Get into the habit of staying hydrated to make sure your saliva is working hard to protect your teeth and gums!
